Ch. 6 & 11

Ch. 6- Based on the information in chapter 6, I would prefer to teach in a classroom with more digital technology. I feel like a classroom with more technology also has more educational opportunities. Students can be more engaged in classroom with more technology. Students can use handhelds and touch screens to become engaged in a certain lesson, generating more interest in the lesson. The use of digital cameras and scanners can enhance a computer classroom and open a creative world to some students. Classrooms without the digital technology are dull and boring in my opinion and the whole key to learning is to keep it fun, while accomplishing your goals for the day.
Ch. 11- One traditional technology talked about in chapter 11 was the projector. Having a projector in the classroom allows for the use of powerpoints by students and teachers, as well as watching movies or clips you may be showing during notes. Another technology would be digital cameras which allows students to put together artwork and do photography classes. One emerging technology would be the use of the internet and online resources. With internet access at a premium teachers can easily access clips and other things to tech in the classroom. Internet meetings are becoming increasingly more popular as you can be in different rooms, yet still hold a meeting, like distance learning.

Superbowl AD

My favortie superbowl ad was the darth vader one. It brought back memories as me as a little kid during halloween dressed up as darth vader. I thought it was funny and made think of my childhood.
